1. Who operates EasyQuotes
EasyQuotes is owned and operated by Preframe LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. In these terms, “EasyQuotes,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Preframe LLC. These terms apply to easyquotes.co and the EasyQuotes services and messaging programs described below.

2. Using EasyQuotes
By using EasyQuotes, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into an agreement. Provide accurate information and submit requests only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent.
Do not submit fraudulent requests, misuse another person’s contact information, interfere with the website, bypass security controls, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may restrict misuse of the service.
3. Estimates and independent providers
EasyQuotes helps you understand an estimated price range and coordinates your request and appointment with an independent service provider. EasyQuotes contacts you about your request before an appointment is booked. An estimate is informational and is not a binding quote, an offer of financing, or a guarantee of price, availability, eligibility, approval, or results.
Final scope, pricing, appointments, warranties, payment, and performance are agreed between you and the provider. Review the provider’s terms, qualifications, licensing, insurance, and quote before committing. EasyQuotes does not perform the provider’s work and does not provide legal, financial, insurance, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Browsing and requesting an estimate through the consumer website are free. Any purchase from a provider is a separate transaction governed by the agreement you make with that provider.
4. Quote requests and contact choices
EasyQuotes handles your inquiry and appointment coordination. Only after you book an appointment do we share the project and contact details needed by the selected partner to fulfill that appointment, as described in our Privacy Policy. Choose the contact methods offered by the request form.
Providing a phone number, requesting an estimate, using this website, or accepting these terms does not by itself enroll you in recurring SMS or authorize promotional texts. SMS enrollment requires a separate affirmative consent choice.
Preframe LLC is the sole sender of text messages for EasyQuotes requests, appointments, customer support, and promotions. Independent partners fulfill booked appointments and do not text customers as part of the EasyQuotes service. Your EasyQuotes SMS consent and opt-in data are not transferred to partners for their own messages or marketing.
5. EasyQuotes SMS and MMS programs
EasyQuotes offers optional text-message programs operated by Preframe LLC. Depending on the choices you make, messages may be sent using automated technology to the mobile number you provide.
- Service messages: updates about your requested quote or estimate, answers to your inquiries, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and customer support.
- Promotional messages: EasyQuotes offers, service announcements, and promotions relevant to the services you have expressed interest in.
6. Separate and optional SMS consent
Choose service-message consent and promotional-message consent separately. Neither option is selected for you. You may decline both SMS options and still submit an otherwise complete request or purchase a service.
Promotional messages require your separate express written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to service messages does not authorize promotional messages, and agreeing to these terms does not replace either consent choice.
You confirm that the number you enroll belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide consent for its user. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.
Before enrolling, review the disclosure beside each SMS consent control and the linked Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We keep a record of the choice and disclosure you accepted.
7. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, interactions, and the SMS programs you choose. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Your mobile carrier can explain any charges. EasyQuotes does not charge a separate fee to enroll in its text-message programs.
8. Stop text messages
Reply STOP to an EasyQuotes text message to unsubscribe. You may also use a recognized opt-out keyword such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or contact support@preframe.com to withdraw consent.
A STOP request stops both EasyQuotes service and promotional text-message programs. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you provide new express written consent.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel an underlying quote request or appointment. Use another available contact method to manage it.
9. Help with text messages
Reply HELP to an EasyQuotes text message for assistance, or email support@preframe.com. Include only the information needed to identify your request. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, or full payment-card details.
10. Message delivery
Text messaging may not be available on every device or mobile network. Delivery timing depends on your carrier and other systems. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on EasyQuotes messages for emergencies.
11. Privacy and SMS information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle request information and messaging choices. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to independent providers.
Service providers may process messaging information on our behalf solely to operate and support the EasyQuotes program, subject to the limits described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Website availability and rights
The website, estimates, and informational materials are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every estimate or provider response will meet your requirements.
Preframe LLC or its licensors retain rights in EasyQuotes branding, content, software, and design. You may use the website for its intended personal or authorized business purpose.
13. Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Preframe LLC is not responsible for indirect losses, a provider’s acts or omissions, or reliance on an indicative estimate as a final price. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by Delaware law, subject to any mandatory law and consumer protections that apply to you. Contact support@preframe.com so we can try to resolve a concern.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post a specific last-updated date. A material change to an SMS program or messaging purpose will require additional notice and consent where applicable. Continuing to use the website does not create new SMS consent.
