1. Who we are and what this policy covers

EasyQuotes is owned and operated by Preframe LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Preframe LLC is responsible for the EasyQuotes-controlled processing described in this policy.

This policy applies to easyquotes.co, EasyQuotes estimate and quote-request experiences, provider inquiries, customer support, and EasyQuotes service and promotional messaging programs. A separately operated provider website or service is covered by that provider’s own privacy notice.

2. Information we collect

The information depends on the pages, forms, and services you use. We may collect:

• Information you provide: name, email, phone number, location or project address, service preferences, project details, appointment information, and messages to our support team.
• Provider inquiry information: company name, website, service area, business contact details, capacity, and information supplied in an application or conversation.
• Website and device information: IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, referring page, access times, and technical or security diagnostics.
• Messaging information: the number enrolled, program selected, affirmative consent choice and disclosure version, time and source of enrollment, message history and delivery information, support requests, and opt-out or suppression information, where the messaging service is used.

3. How we use information

We use relevant information to provide estimates, respond to inquiries, process requested provider connections, coordinate appointments, support users and providers, operate and improve the service, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations.

We use SMS information to deliver only the message categories you affirmatively selected, record and manage those choices, and honor opt-out requests. Promotional texts require separate consent; a quote request or consent to service updates is not promotional SMS consent.

4. Requested provider connections

EasyQuotes handles your inquiry and contacts you to coordinate an appointment. We do not send your inquiry or contact details to independent partners before you book an appointment. After booking, we share only the project and contact details needed by the selected partner to arrange and fulfill that appointment. Your selected contact preferences and the information shown at booking determine the requested communication.

Providers act independently when they give quotes, perform services, or process information for their own purposes. Review their privacy practices and contact them about information they independently control.

Preframe LLC is the sole sender of EasyQuotes service and promotional text messages. Independent partners fulfill booked appointments and do not text customers as part of the EasyQuotes service. A booked appointment does not transfer your EasyQuotes SMS enrollment, opt-in data, or consent to a partner. Sharing appointment details for fulfillment does not authorize partner texts or marketing.

5. Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in data, phone numbers enrolled in our SMS program, or consent to independent providers or other organizations for their own marketing.

SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other information-sharing category in this policy. They may be processed only by service providers that help us operate the EasyQuotes messaging program, such as messaging delivery, hosting, and customer-support providers, acting on our behalf and without permission to use that information for their own marketing.

This restriction applies even when you request a quote or appointment with an independent provider. Sharing relevant details to fulfill a request is not permission to sell or transfer SMS consent.

6. Other limited disclosures

We may use service providers for hosting, communications, technical support, security, and other functions necessary to run EasyQuotes. Their access must be limited to the function they perform for us.

We may disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to applicable law and continued privacy protections. This does not permit recipients to reuse your SMS consent for independent marketing.

We do not treat acceptance of this policy as permission to send texts or disclose mobile information for another organization’s promotional messages.

7. Cookies, storage, and technical information

The website and its hosting systems may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for preferences, website operation, security, and diagnostics. An embedded form or linked provider service may use additional technologies described in its notice.

You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser. Clearing or blocking them may affect preferences or form continuity. Where applicable law requires consent for optional tracking, we request that consent before enabling it.

8. Your messaging and privacy choices

Service and promotional SMS enrollment are separate, optional choices. Neither choice is preselected or required to submit a request or make a purchase. Providing a phone number or accepting website terms does not enroll you.

Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, interactions, and the EasyQuotes SMS programs you choose. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to an EasyQuotes text to stop both EasyQuotes service and promotional text-message programs. Recognized opt-out keywords and requests to support@preframe.com may also be used. One final confirmation may be sent; further program messages require new express written consent. Reply HELP for assistance.

Use an email unsubscribe link to stop marketing email where offered. Opting out of one channel does not supply consent for another.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent, or an applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising opt-out. Contact support@preframe.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority and will explain any applicable exception. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.

9. Retention and suppression

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling requests, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Where you enroll in messaging, consent records and limited suppression information must be retained as needed to demonstrate permission and prevent messages after an opt-out. A deletion request may not remove information necessary to honor that opt-out or comply with an applicable obligation.

10. Security and processing locations

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, network, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Preframe LLC is based in the United States. Authorized personnel and service providers may process information in other countries, using applicable transfer protections where required by law.

11. Children

EasyQuotes is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Do not submit a child’s information or enroll a child’s number. Contact support@preframe.com if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can address it.

12. Changes and contact

We will post changes with a specific last-updated date. Material changes will receive additional notice or consent where required. A policy update does not expand the scope of an existing SMS consent.
